Albert, in Year 10, tells us all about the Amazing Barcelona Trip:
On the Barcelona trip, we had an amazing time! We visited lots of the city’s most renowned attractions, including La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We learnt all about the history of these sites, and of Barcelona, while also getting involved in the city’s amazing culture and admiring its creativity everywhere.
Some of us were brave enough to try some tapas restaurants in the centre of the city, and we thought the food was great. We also went to a theme park up in the mountains where we had lots of fun, as well as taking in the stunning views of the city.
On the whole, we all had a great laugh, learned new things and tried new experiences. All the while, building positive relationships with teachers and other students, but at the same time having a chance to do our own thing and be given a good amount of independence. It was great and I can’t wait to go back.
